COSTS ENDORSEMENT
[1] In my Endorsement of September 13, 2007 I requested submissions on costs.
[2] Mr. Nolan provided his costs memorandum on September 20, 2007 requesting substantial indemnity for the same reasons that costs were awarded to the plaintiffs by Glithero J. on the original motion.
[3] There being no challenge to the costs outline submitted by Mr. Nolan, I fix costs of this motion in the amount of $10,173.00 all inclusive.
