COSTS ENDORSEMENT
1In my Endorsement of September 13, 2007 I requested submissions on costs.
2Mr. Nolan provided his costs memorandum on September 20, 2007 requesting substantial indemnity for the same reasons that costs were awarded to the plaintiffs by Glithero J. on the original motion.
3There being no challenge to the costs outline submitted by Mr. Nolan, I fix costs of this motion in the amount of $10,173.00 all inclusive.
