[1] After reading the draft bill of costs, in the total amount of $26,224.33, submitted by counsel for the Respondent, the Hamilton Police Service, and the letters of counsel regarding costs to the Registrar and inter se, dated March 9, 2005, March 15, 2005, June 27, 2005 and June 28, 2005, it is our view that costs fixed at $10,000.00 plus disbursements of $263.37 plus G.S.T. be paid, within thirty (30) days of the date of this endorsement, if demanded, by the Appellant to the Respondent.
