ENDORSEMENT ON COSTS
1In my Reasons delivered June 10, 2003, I set out a schedule for the delivery to me by the parties of costs submissions.
2By letter of June 24, 2003, Mr. Wong, for the successful Respondents, advised me that the parties had reached an agreement on costs and asked me to fix the costs accordingly. I now do so.
3Costs are hereby fixed in the total amount of $3,436.50 (which sum includes costs of $300 in the court below) payable by the Appellant to the Respondents.
