DECISION ON MOTION
Counsel for the College brought a motion to seek leave from the Committee to withdraw the allegations set out in the Notice of Hearing dated June 1, 2011.
Robert Charles Tamblyn was not in attendance due to the reasons below.
College counsel provided evidence to the Committee that the Member passed away on December 21, 2011 as shown in Exhibit #2 – Copy of Obituary of Robert Charles Tamblyn.
The Committee therefore authorizes the College to withdraw the allegations of professional misconduct against Robert Charles Tamblyn set out in the Notice of Hearing dated June 1, 2011.
