DECISION ON MOTION
Counsel for the College brought a motion to seek leave from the Committee to withdraw the allegations set out in the Notice of Hearing dated November 25, 2009.
Richard Stanley Woschenski was not in attendance nor was he represented due to the reasons below.
College counsel provided evidence to the Committee that the Member passed away on November 9, 2009 - see Affidavit of Attempted Service Exhibit #2 and Certificate of Death - Exhibit #3.
The Committee therefore authorizes the College to withdraw the allegations of professional misconduct and incompetence against Richard Stanley Woschenski set out in the Notice of Hearing dated November 25, 2009.
