REASONS FOR DECISION AND DECISION ON MOTION
Counsel for the College brought a motion to seek leave from the Committee to withdraw the allegations set out in the Notice of Hearing dated November 20, 2007.
Glenn Robert Stevenson was not in attendance but had been represented by Howard Goldblatt of Sack Goldblatt Mitchell throughout the discipline proceedings.
Having considered the submissions of College Counsel and on consent of the parties, the Committee authorizes the College to withdraw the allegations of professional misconduct against Glenn Robert Stevenson as set out in the Notice of Hearing dated November 20, 2007.
