REASONS FOR DECISION AND DECISION ON MOTION
Counsel for the College brought a motion to seek leave from the Committee to withdraw the allegations set out in the Notice of Hearing dated June 1, 2007.
Milka Brown was not in attendance, nor was counsel for the Member present.
Having considered the submissions of counsel for the College and on consent of the parties, the Committee authorizes the College to withdraw the allegations of professional misconduct against Milka Brown set out in the Notice of Hearing dated June 1, 2007.
