This matter came on for hearing before a panel of the Discipline Committee on September 15, 2003 at the Ontario College of Teachers at Toronto.
Counsel for the College advised the Discipline panel that the College was seeking an order from the Discipline panel granting the College leave to withdraw the allegations set out in the Notice of Hearing against Cuttie Lucien Medina.
Based on submissions of counsel that the College to be permitted to withdraw the allegations set out in the Notice of Hearing, the Committee orders that the Notice of Hearing shall be withdrawn.
