REASONS FOR DECISION, DECISION AND ORDER(S)
This matter came on for hearing before a panel of the Discipline Committee on October 27, 2003 at the Ontario College of Teachers at Toronto.
Counsel for the College advised the Discipline Panel that the College was seeking an order from the Discipline Panel granting the College leave to withdraw the allegations set out in the Notice of Hearing against Raymond Lussier. The Member consents to the withdrawal of the allegations.
Upon Counsel for the College advising the Committee that there is insufficient evidence to support the allegations in this matter, and upon application of Counsel for the College to be permitted to withdraw the allegations set out in the Notice of Hearing, the Committee orders that the Notice of Hearing shall be withdrawn.
