Edward Willis Quigley was not present and his legal counsel did not attend.
With regard to the charge against Edward Willis Quigley, the Executive Committee of the College of Teachers has directed some issues relating to incapacity arising out of mental illness, to the Fitness to Practice Committee. For this reason, College Counsel requested that this case be adjourned until after the decision of the Fitness to Practice Committee. Mr. Quigley’s counsel, Joshua Phillips, Green and Chercover, informed the College’s counsel that Mr. Quigley consented to this matter being adjourned.
The Discipline Committee directs that this matter be adjourned to May 17, 1999 for the purpose of setting a date for a Discipline Hearing if that is necessary.
