I. Introduction
- Duane Simon appeals the December 20, 2007 decision of Superintendent Frank S. Roselli (the “Hearing Officer”) finding Constable Dawn Lauryssen not guilty of one count of discreditable conduct, contrary to section 74(1)(a) of the Police Services Act R.S.O. 1990, c. P.15 as amended (the “Act”) and more particularly described in section 2 (1)(a)(xi) of the Code of Conduct , Regulation 123, R.R.O. 1998 (the “Code”).
