Decision

KENKEL J.:

[1] Mr. Sadat appeals his conviction on the basis that his trial was unfair. He's right. The Justice of the Peace cut off his cross-examination of the officer after one question, before the witness answered the second question Mr. Sadat had asked about photographs of the scene.

[2] The appeal is allowed and a new trial is ordered.
