2Efforts by CICB to contact the Applicant directly have been unsuccessful as the CICB does not have the Applicant’s current contact information.
Decision
3Rule 1.5 of CICB’s Rules of Procedure states:
1.5 Communicating with the CICB
An applicant must provide an address for delivery of notices and other application related correspondence.
Where an applicant is unable to provide an address the CICB may determine an alternative method for delivering and receiving materials. Where no alternate method of delivery can be established, the CICB will not process the application and the file will be closed or dismissed as abandoned.
4In light of the circumstances outlined above, the CICB has deemed this Application abandoned and now orders this Application dismissed without a hearing pursuant to Rule 1.5 of the CICB’s Rules of Procedure.
