INTRODUCTION

1This is an Application filed with the Child and Family Services Review Board (“CFSRB”) under section 120 of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017, SO 2017, c.14, Sched.1 (the “Act”).

ISSUE

2On September 15, 2021 I dismissed the Application as abandoned as I understood that the CFSRB had not received documents which the Applicant had been directed to provide by September 10, 2021.

3The CFSRB subsequently determined that the requested documents had been submitted on September 6, 2021 but had been mislaid and were thus not before me at the time of my September 15, 2021 decision. The dismissal was therefore the result of an administrative error on the part of the CFSRB.

4As such, the CFSRB retracts its decision dated September 15, 2021.

ORDER

5The Pre-Hearing will continue.

6The Applicant’s support person is directed to advise the CFSRB on or before September 28, 2021 when she will be able to participate in a Pre-Hearing Teleconference.
