1The Child and Family Services Review Board orders as follows, on consent of the parties:

1. The school board's decision to expel [the Pupil] from all schools of the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board on April 8, 2015, is hereby changed to an expulsion from St. Francis Xavier Secondary School only.

2. Any record of the expulsion shall be amended to reflect the change.

3. This case is now closed.
