1Following the hearing of this matter on October 21 and 22, 2014, the decision of the Child and Family Services Review Board (“the Board”) is as follows:
- The Board confirms the Society’s refusal of the Application of the Applicants to adopt the child: [ ]., born [ ] 2006 (the “child”) and their decision to remove the child from her adoption placement with the Applicants (if applicable), pursuant to section 144 (11) of the Child and Family Services Act (“Act’).
2Reasons for the above Decision will be provided to the parties, in writing.
3Pursuant to Rules 30.1 and 30.2 of the Board’s Rules of Procedure parties and their representatives must not use, share, discuss or disclose any Board documents or decisions or any other documents or information provided or used in this application with anyone including through the media or on-line. The Board prohibits the use of any of this information for any purpose outside of the Board’s proceedings. However, the Society shall provide a copy of this decision to the foster mother Lisa H.
