DISMISSAL ORDER
1The Applicant filed an application with the Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT). The case proceeded to Stage 2 - Mediation on December 30, 2025.
2The Applicant sought access to records. During the Stage 2 process, the Corporation provided records and advised that it had provided all the records requested that exist. The Applicant disputed this. Stage 2 was closed on April 16, 2026. On April 27, 2026 the Applicant advised that she did not wish to pursue the case to Stage 3. The case is closed on that basis.
ORDER
3The Tribunal orders that:
- The case is closed because the Applicant did not pursue the case to Stage 3 of the Tribunal’s process.
