DISMISSAL ORDER
1The Applicant filed an application with the Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT) that proceeded to Stage 2 – Mediation on June 16, 2025.
2On June 25, 2025, I provided the Applicant with the opportunity to move her matter to Stage 3 – Tribunal Decision, as the Stage 2 – Mediation discussions had reached an impasse.
3Under Rule 34.3 of the CAT’s Rule of Practice, the CAT can close a case in Stage 2 – Mediation if the Applicant does not move their matter to Stage 3 – Hearing after having the opportunity to do so for more than 15 days.
4Since the Applicant has not paid the fee required to move her case forward to Stage 3 – Tribunal Decision, I am ordering this case be closed pursuant to Rule 34.3.
ORDER
5The Tribunal orders that:
- This case is closed in Stage 2 − Mediation under Rule 34.3 of the CAT’s Rules of Practice.
