It is dismissed under Rule 19.1 of the CAT’s Rules of Practice because the Applicant has not identified a provision in the condo corporation’s governing documents in relation to parking/storage that is being violated. The CAT sent a Notice of Intent to Dismiss the case. The Respondent did not reply.
2The dispute relates to a temporary fence installed in the parking garage near the Applicant’s parking spot. While there is a dispute, the Tribunal has no authority to issue an order with respect to the issue.
