2Under section 1.37(2) of the Condominium Act, 1998 (the “Act”), Rule 4.1 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and on consent of the parties, case # 2023-00593R and 2023-00592R are merged into this proceeding to be mediated together, and case # 2023-00592R will be closed.
