ORDER
1The Applicant filed an application with the Condominium Authority Tribunal (the “CAT”) regarding an indemnification charge from the Respondent condominium corporation, related to a pet owned by the Applicant. Stage 2 - Mediation (“Stage 2”) began November 23, 2023.
2On December 6, 2023, the Applicant indicated that a resolution was reached by the parties and asked that this case be closed. The Agent for the condominium corporation confirmed the terms of settlement, which are known to the parties.
3Pursuant to Rule 34.3(c) of the CAT’s Rules of Practice, the CAT can close a case if the Applicant has properly informed the CAT that the Parties have settled the Case. Accordingly, the CAT orders that this case be closed.

4The Tribunal orders that:
This case is closed in Stage 2 - under Rule 34.3 (c) of the CAT’s Rules of Practice and shall not be reopened.
Messages from the Stage 2 Tribunal Member are not to be shared or disclosed.
The parties may share a copy of any document they received during this case if required by law, such as to a government organization or a court.
