MOTION ORDER
1The Parties have two Records cases before the CAT. Case 2021-00189R is in Stage 3 – Tribunal Decision. Case 2021-00243R is in Stage 2 – Mediation. Under Rule 4 of the CAT Rules of Practice, the Tribunal “may give directions or make Orders to provide a fair, focused and efficient process in each Case.” The CAT initiated a motion to combine the cases since the issues were similar, and some of the requested records overlap. Both Parties consented to merging the cases.
2Accordingly, under Rule 4 of the Condominium Authority Tribunal’s Rules of Practice, I order that CAT Case 2021-00243R be closed and the Records requests identified in CAT Case 2021-00243R and the issues arising from it be included as part of the hearing in CAT Case 2021-00189R.
