CONSENT ORDER – AMENDED
*The Applicant contacted the CAO on March 22, 2021 requesting that the pronoun used to describe the Applicant in paragraph 3 be corrected. Upon review an inadvertent scrivener error was made in paragraph 3. The error is corrected and the Applicant is now referred to as “her”, and this Amended Consent Order issued.
1The Application was settled by the Applicant, Rachel Leith, and the Respondent, York Condominium Corporation No. 274 (YCC-274), in the Condominium Authority Tribunal’s (The “Tribunal”) Stage 2 Mediation.
2The parties resolved the case in Mediation with the Respondent providing the Applicant the following documentation as requested:
a. The Respondent emailed all documents requested by the Applicant per the Records Request by February 15, 2021.
b. The Respondent reimbursed costs and fees to the Applicant in the amount of $100.00.
3The Applicant confirms receipt of the above documentation and monies. In exchange for receipt of the above, the Applicant agrees to withdraw her Application.
4The Parties consent to closing of this file, as there are no further actions required to be taken in this matter.
5The Tribunal orders that this file be closed and indicates that this case has been fully resolved in Stage 2 Mediation. This Application cannot be re-opened.
