CONSENT ORDER
1Using the Condominium Authority’s Tribunal online system, the Applicant, Margaret Samuel, and the Respondent, Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No. 979, have both agreed to settle this case.
2CAT Member Marc Bhalla therefore orders that this case has been resolved without a hearing, based on the following terms and conditions:
ORDER
3Margaret Samuel, Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No. 979 and Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No. 989 have acknowledged and agreed that Tribunal Cases 2018-00407R and 2018-00408R pertain to the same issues and, in the interest of efficiency, agree to merge the two cases by closing Case 2018-00407R and adding Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No. 979 as a Responding User in Case 2018-00408R Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No. 979 and Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No. 989 have confirmed and acknowledged that in merging Cases 2018-00407R and 2018-00408R, they will be required to have the same representative participate on their behalf in the CAT-ODR platform through to the closure of Case 2018-00408R. On this basis, Margaret Samuel and Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No. 979 consent to the closure of this case.
COMPLIANCE
4If either Margaret Samuel or Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No. 979 fails to comply with any of the terms of this order, it may be enforced by through the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
