1The Users have fully resolved this matter in Stage 2 mediation.
2The Respondent provided the Applicant with the records requested in her August 21, 2018 Request for Records: "Reserve Fund Studies" with the date range of 2012 to 2018 and the Current Plan for Future Funding of the Reserve. The Respondent also provided the Applicant with the Reserve Fund Study dated 2010.
3There are no further actions to be taken in this matter. Therefore, with the consent of Ms. Estanol and York Condominium Corporation No. 299, the Tribunal orders that Case 2018-00362R be closed. This application cannot be re-opened.
