THE ATTACHED DRAFT PROCEDURAL ORDER ("PRO) HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE BOARD WILL CONFIRM A RECEIPT OF A PROCEDURAL ORDER NO. 139759.
(1.) This PRO was presented to the Board at a Pre-hearing telephone conference.
(2.) The Board approved the attached PRO as attached.
(3.) These matters will be scheduled to a hearing event in accordance with the PRO and notice will be sent to all parties.
(4.) The Board expects that the parties will comply with the terms and procedural dates in the attached PRO. Failure to do so shall constitute a default of a Board Order and the Board may consider and/or apply remedies and/or sanctions in accordance with its Rules of Practice and Procedure. Parties (Including the party in default and any other party) are required to advise the Board forthwith of any default of the provisions of the PRO as soon as such default occurs and a pre-hearing shall be scheduled to address the default.
(5.) The attached PRO was not filed with the Board by the November 30, 2015 deadline previously ordered. Adoption of the attached PRO does not negate paragraph 7 of Board Order No. 137559.
