These matters came before the Assessment Review Board at a pre-hearing/telephone conference call event at 10:00 a.m. on July 7, 2015
The parties confirm that they have resolved the issue that was sent back to the Ontario Municipal Board and are prepared to set a procedural order for the appeals before the Assessment Review Board.
The Board orders on consent of the parties that:
The appellants shall serve Statements of Issues for all appeals on all respondents no later than August 31, 2015.
The respondents shall serve their responses to the appellants’ statements of issues on the appellants and other respondents no later than October 16, 2015.
All Statement of Issues and Responses to Statements of Issues shall comply with the Board’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
Productions are to be exchanged no later than November 16, 2015.
Examinations for Discovery are to be completed by January 29, 2016.

The purpose of the February 23, 2016 telephone conference call is to review that status of the appeals and determine the further procedural steps required to resolve the appeals.
Prior to making the above order the Board queried whether the procedural dates agreed to by the parties are achievable and was assured that they are. The Board has offered mediation services to the parties at an early stage in these proceedings should they desire to have assistance in reaching agreement on any or all of the issues in dispute.
