PROPOSED PROCEDURAL ORDER APPEAL MANAGEMENT PLAN
For the properties listed on the attached schedule, the appellant and MPAC, hereby propose the following appeal management plan.

- MPAC has delivered certain assessment data. If the appellant requires any additional assessment information it will request such information in a timely fashion, and MPAC will respond, wherever reasonably possible, within 15 days.

The appellant will deliver their statements of issues, which comply with Rule 93 of the Board’s rules of practice and procedure, on or before the dates set out above.
The respondents will deliver their responses to the statement of issues, if any, which comply with Rule 93 of the Board’s rules of practice and procedure, on or before the date set out above.
The appellant will deliver any reply or supplementary reports or issues, which comply with Rule 93 of the Board’s rules of practice and procedure, on or before the date set out above.
The properties highlighted in purple on the attached schedule have appeals outstanding for the 2008 CVA cycle. Notwithstanding the dates set in this plan for the exchange of issues for those properties, the parties intend to use their best efforts to resolve the 2012 CVA appeals with the 2008 CVA appeals.
STATUS CONFERENCE CALLS / PRE-HEARINGS
The parties will deliver a status report to the Board within 15 days of any reply or supplemental report due date. The status report will indicate the status of all appeals with responses due on that date. The report will include whether issues and responses were delivered, or whether the appeal was withdrawn or otherwise resolved.
The Board will convene a status conference call / pre-hearing on July 27, 2015 at 2:00p.m. The purpose of the conference call / pre-hearing is to fix further steps for any properties on the status report that are not resolved.
