PROCEDURAL ORDER OF THE ASSESSMENT REVIEW BOARD
The Board has approved all appeals listed in Schedule “A“ to be heard in a pre-hearing telephone conference call to be held on December 7, 2015.
On consent of the parties, the Board orders that:
The Appellants shall serve their Statement of Issues on the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) and the municipality no later than June 15, 2015.
MPAC shall serve their Statement of Response on the Appellants and the municipality no later than August 15, 2015.
If the municipality intends to participate in any of these appeals, the municipality shall serve its Statement of Response on MPAC and the Appellants no later than August 15, 2015.
The parties shall exchange documentation by October 15, 2015.
Examinations for Discovery, if necessary, shall be completed by November 30, 2015.
The Board will convene a pre-hearing telephone conference call on December 4, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. (Hearing No. 597938), at which time the parties will provide a report on the status of these appeals and advise as to the requirement for and recommended date for a hearing of these appeals.
