PROCEDURAL ORDER OF THE ASSEMENT REVIEW BOARD
These matters came before the Assessment Review Board at a pre-hearing held by telephone conference held on July 29, 2015.
The parties have already submitted and exchanged the:
(a) GRAD Reports
The parties have met and are working together to exchange information and accommodate inspections as needed.
On consent of the parties, the Board orders that:
- The Appellant shall serve its Statement of Issues to MPAC and the (“Municipalities”)
no later than November 20, 2015.
MPAC shall serve its Response on the Appellant and the Municipalities no later than January 22, 2016.
If the Municipality intends to participate in any of these appeals, it shall serve its Response on the Appellant and MPAC no later than January 22, 2016.
If the Municipality does not serve a Statement of Response it shall be deemed to have elected not to participate actively in the appeal. The Municipality remains a statutory party and shall be entitled to notice of all future events and service of all material, but without leave of the Board shall not be entitled to raise issues or present evidence at the hearing. Limited cross-examination may be permitted.
The Board will convene a pre-hearing telephone conference call on February 10, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. (Hearing No. 598836), at which time the parties will provide a report on the status of these appeals.

The Board may vary or add to this Order at any time, either on request or as it sees fit. It may alter this Order by an oral ruling or by another written Order.
