These matters come before the Assessment Review Board at a Pre-hearing Hearing/Telephone Conference Call on May 21, 2015.

- MPAC and the City of Toronto shall serve a Response to the Amended Statement of Issues by June 30, 2015;
- The parties shall have until September 30, 2015 for preliminary productions and to discuss the possibility of a stated case; and
- A further teleconference will be set by the Board for a status update, to be held after October 12, 2015, on notice.
- This matter is adjourned to a further pre-hearing/by telephone conference, which will be held 10:00.a.m. on October 14, 2015.
