1This application came before the Assessment Review Board (“Board”) on December 19, 2013 in the City of Ottawa.
INTRODUCTION
2The subject property is one of eight properties on the docket for this hearing, all with similar issues. David Fleet who, with Richard Poole, represented the Appellant and Jennifer Pereira, representing the City of Ottawa asked that this appeal be heard and the appeals for the other properties be adjourned sine die pending the delivery of this decision. The Board agreed.
3All of the properties are operated as self-storage facilities that are open to the public.
