DECISION
A hearing under the Farm Implements Act (the “Act”) was scheduled for five days to commence on Wednesday, April 4, 2018. The Complainants are Rick Rutley and Matt Rutley. The Respondent is Dan R Equipment. The complaint relates to the alleged failure of the hydraulic system of a Massey 7726 tractor.
At the commencement of the hearing, Mr. McClelland and Mr. Pietersma advised the Tribunal that the matter had settled.
