REVISED INTERIM ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE SUBMISSIONS
IN THE MATTER OF: SECTIONS 4 AND 5 OF THE FARM REGISTRATION AND FARM ORGANIZATIONS FUNDING ACT, 1993.
AND IN THE MATTER OF: An application to the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal by the Christian Farmers Federation of Ontario (CFFO) under Section 4(2) of the Act for renewal of its accreditation under the Act;
AND IN THE MATTER OF: An Interim Order of the Tribunal dated June 29, 2011 whereby the Tribunal invited submissions to be filed by July 29, 2011 as to the proper interpretation of the Act and Ontario Regulation 723/93 regarding the payment to be provided to the Ministry under section 21(1) of the Act and membership fees;
AND IN THE MATTER OF: A request by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, with the consent of the Christian Farmers Federation of Ontario, the National Farmers Union, and the Ontario Federation of Ontario, for an extension of the date to file submissions from July 29, 2011 to August 29, 2011.

Order of the Tribunal
The Tribunal hereby amends its order of June 29, 2011 and orders that:
- By Monday, August 29, 2011 the Christian Farmers Federation of Ontario, the National Farmers Union – Ontario, the Ontario Federation of Agriculture, and the Ministry, including its agencies, file with the Tribunal and serve on each other their submissions, if any, regarding the matters outlined in the Tribunal’s Interim Order dated June 29, 2011.
