DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL
This review of the Tribunal decision dated May 29, 2002 on the Walker Drain Extension - 2001 was heard in Dorchester, Ontario on October 16, 2002 and February 18, 2003. The Tribunal agreed to review its decision on the grounds that new information, which was not available at the time of the hearing, should be considered.
Michelle Casavecchia, Clerk of the Municipality of Thames Centre (the “Municipality”), performed the duties of the Clerk of the Tribunal. Proof was filed with the Tribunal that all parties have been served with notice of this hearing.
