1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), on December 30, 2016.
2On May 1, 2017, the Registrar notified the applicant that the respondent had had difficulties delivering mail to her, and directed the applicant to confirm her mailing address with both the respondent and the Tribunal. On June 26, 2017, the Registrar directed the applicant to provide her contact information within 14 days, failing which the Tribunal might close the file as abandoned.
3The Registrar’s letters were sent by regular mail, and returned as undeliverable.
4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application and the Application is dismissed.
