1On October 12, 2017, the Tribunal issued an Interim Decision (2017 HRTO 1342) directing that the applicant disclose any documents in his possession that are arguably relevant to the issues in dispute in this case. The applicant did not comply with the direction of the Tribunal.
2On November 28, 2017, the Tribunal made the following direction:
The applicant will have until December 8, 2017 to advise the Tribunal whether he intends to participate in this proceeding and comply with the direction issued in the Interim Decision, failing which, this Application will be dismissed as abandoned.
3The applicant did not comply with the direction of November 28, 2017 and the time for doing so has now passed. I am satisfied that the applicant has abandoned this Application.
4Accordingly, the Application is dismissed.
