1The applicant filed this Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, on April 4, 2016.
2On April 28, 2017, the Tribunal sent an e-mail message to the applicant directing her to confirm her availability for a re-scheduled mediation session in this matter. The applicant did not respond. By letter dated November 14, 2017, the Tribunal directed the applicant to confirm that she intends to proceed with the Application and to provide the parties’ mutually agreeable dates for rescheduling. The Tribunal warned the applicant that if she did not respond by November 24, 2017, then the Tribunal may deem the Application to be abandoned.
3To date, the applicant has not responded to any of the Tribunal’s correspondence.
4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
5The Application is dismissed.
