1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”) alleging discrimination with respect to employment because of disability.

2On June 13, 2017, the applicant filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings seeking to add three respondents to the Application as follows:

a. Revera Retirement Genpar Inc. o/a Revera Retirement LP (hereinafter “Revera #2”)

b. HCN-Revera Lessee (Queenswood Villa) GP Inc. o/a HCN-Revera Lessee (Queenswood Villa) LP and/or o/a Queenswood Villa (hereinafter “Revera #3); and

c. HCN-Revera Lessee (Ogilvie Villa) GP Inc. o/a HCN-Revera Lessee (Ogilvie Villa) LP and/or o/a Ogilvie Villa (hereinafter “Revera #4)

3On July 6, 2017, the respondents filed a Response to a Request for Order in which they indicated that they do not oppose adding these organizations to the Application as parties. They provided the correct legal names for the respondents, which varied slightly from the applicant’s characterization. The correct legal names are set out in the style of cause above.

4In the circumstances, the applicant’s request to amend the Application is granted and the style of cause amended to include the new organizational respondents.
