1A hearing of this Application was scheduled for November 14-15, 2017. On consent of the parties, the hearing was adjourned following the mediation-adjudication on November 14, 2017, due to the applicant’s intention to file a new Application relating to the respondent’s termination of his employment.
2At the hearing, the parties agreed that, instead of filing a new Application, the applicant may file a request to amend this Application. If/when the applicant files such a request, the respondent will have 14 days under the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure to respond to the applicant’s request. The respondent’s response may include a request that the Tribunal defer consideration of the Application pending the outcome of a grievance filed by the applicant if that grievance remains ongoing.
3I will address the applicant’s request to amend his Application as well as any request to defer the Application in an interim decision.

4This Interim Decision confirms that the hearing of this matter was adjourned. If the applicant wishes to file a request to amend his Application, he must do so by filing a Request for Order During Proceedings (Form 10) as soon as possible.
