1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, alleging discrimination with respect to employment because of disability, age, record of offences and reprisal.
2On June 22, 2017, the Tribunal issued an Interim Decision, 2017 HRTO 717 that, amongst other things, directed the applicant to specify the remedies he sought in the Application. The applicant was required to provide the required information within 14 days of the date of the Interim Decision, failing which the Tribunal may dismiss the application as abandoned. On July 24, 2017 and September 6, 2017, the Tribunal sent the applicant letters reminding him to provide the information required in the Interim Decision. In the letter of September 6, 2017, the Tribunal set a deadline of September 20, 2017 for the applicant to comply with the Interim Decision.
3As of the date of this Decision, the applicant has not filed any submissions in response to the Interim Decision. In the circumstances it appears the applicant has abandoned the Application.
4The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
