1The applicant filed this Application alleging discrimination contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code").
2On June 20, 2017, the Tribunal sent the applicant a Notice of Intent to Dismiss ("NOID") the Application. In the Notice, the Tribunal noted that the respondent appears to be a federally-regulated employer. The Tribunal requested that the applicant provide written submissions in response to the NOID by July 20, 2017. The Tribunal advised the applicant that it might consider any failure to respond to the NOID as an abandonment of the Application.
3The NOID was sent to the address that the applicant listed in her Application and it was not returned as undeliverable.
4The applicant did not respond to the NOID and the time for doing so has passed.
