1The applicant filed this Application alleging discrimination contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990 c. H. 19, as amended (the "Code").
2By Interim Decision, 2017 HRTO 988, I held that the Application was stayed as a result of the respondent filing for bankruptcy. I advised the applicant that if she wished to have the stay lifted she would have to bring a motion in the Superior Court of Justice. I directed her to advise the Tribunal within 14 days of the Interim Decision whether she intended to do so.
3The applicant did not respond to my Interim Decision and the time for doing so has passed.
Order
4In the above circumstances the Application is dismissed as abandoned.
