1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, on February 23, 2017.
2On June 9, 2017, the Tribunal issued a letter to advise the applicant that it had sent the Application to the respondent at the address indicated in the Application, but that it had been returned as “moved/unknown”. The Tribunal directed the applicant to provide more information with respect to the respondent’s address by June 29, 2017, warning the applicant that if he failed to do so, then the applicant’s file may be closed.
3The applicant failed to respond to the Tribunal’s letter by June 29, 2017, nor has he contacted the Tribunal subsequently.
4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
5The Application is dismissed. The Tribunal will deliver this decision to the applicant’s representative by mail and by email.
