1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended, on February 22, 2017.

2On June 15, 2017, the Tribunal sent the applicant a letter to notify him that the Application could not be delivered to the respondent at the address he provided in the Application. The Tribunal directed the applicant to file a current address for the respondent by July 5, 2017. The applicant filed nothing.

3On July 10, 2017, the Tribunal sent a letter to the applicant by mail and by email, requiring him to provide the contact information for the respondent by July 20, 2017 or his file would be closed. The applicant has not complied, nor has he contacted the Tribunal.

4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.

5The Application is dismissed.
