In Interim Decision 2014 HRTO 1284 this Application was deferred pending the conclusion of related legal proceedings.
On April 5, 2017 the Tribunal wrote to the parties. The applicant was asked to inform the Registrar in writing within 30 days of the date of the letter whether the other proceeding was ongoing or had concluded, and if ongoing, to indicate when it was anticipated that it might be concluded. The letter went on to warn the applicant that failure to provide the requested information might result in the Tribunal dismissing the Application as abandoned.

On July 14 the April 5, 2017 letter was sent to the applicant by email and he was directed to respond by July 17, 2017.
The applicant did not respond and has not communicated with the Tribunal in any other way for a lengthy period of time.
In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application and the Application is dismissed.
