2As the applicant had not complied with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario’s Rules of Procedure regarding pre-hearing disclosure of documents and witnesses, on May 26, 2016, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction directing him to deliver these materials to the respondents and file them with the Tribunal by no later than June 2, 2016. The Case Assessment Direction also advised the applicant that if he did not contact the Tribunal at all by June 2, 2016, the Application may be dismissed as abandoned.
3The applicant did not contact the Tribunal and has failed to provide any documents, witness lists or witness statements.
4In the circumstances, it appears that the applicant has abandoned the Application.
ORDER
5The Application is dismissed as abandoned. The June 17, 2016 hearing date is cancelled.
