1On February 3, 2016, the applicant filed an Application with the Tribunal under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended.

2On February 19, 2016, the Tribunal sent the applicant a Notice of Intent to Dismiss, which directed her to file written submissions in response to the Notice by no later than March 20, 2016. The Notice warned the applicant that the Tribunal may consider a failure to respond as an abandonment of the Application, and dismiss the Application for that reason.

3To date, the applicant has not filed written submissions. In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.

4The Application is dismissed.
