1On May 4, 2016, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction, which stated the following at paras. 1-3:
The applicant filed three Applications in July, August and September 2015. The respondents have filed Responses to the Applications and Requests for Summary Hearing. The applicant has not filed Replies to the Responses, and the time for doing so has passed. She has also not file Responses to the Requests for Summary Hearing, and the time for doing so with respect to two of three Requests has passed.
The last contact that the applicant made with the Tribunal was in November 2015 when she called and provided a new mailing address. The Tribunal’s Registrar wrote to the applicant and requested that she provide her new address in writing, but she has failed to do so.
In the circumstances, the Tribunal directs the applicant to confirm that she is still pursuing her Applications. If the applicant fails to respond to this Case Assessment Direction within one week, the Tribunal shall deem her to have abandoned the Applications, and dismiss them.
2To date, the applicant has not responded to the Case Assessment Direction, or otherwise contacted the Tribunal. In the circumstances, she is deemed to have abandoned the Applications.
3The Applications are dismissed.
