Introduction
1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code").
2On April 20, 2016 the Tribunal sent to the applicant the Response which asked the Tribunal to dismiss the Application on the basis that the Application appears to be outside the Tribunal's power to decide because the issues raised fall within exclusive federal jurisdiction. The applicant was directed to respond to this issue by filing a Form 11 by no later than May 4, 2016. The applicant was advised that failure to respond may be considered an abandonment of the Application and it might be dismissed for that reason.
3The applicant has not filed a Form 11 and the time for doing so has now passed.
4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
5The Application is dismissed.
